Bacchus 2023

Intense and aromatic with aromas of spice, spring blossom and citrus zest. On the palate it’s generous and full as a result of a small neutral barrel fermented component in the blend. The well balanced acidity is supported by flavours of green apple, grapefruit and crushed ginger leading to a clean and refreshing finish.

Our 2022 Bacchus won a Gold Award for the Essex Wine Awards 2024, and a Silver Award for Wine GB East showing that it is just as good as our 2021. It was also a finalist for the Great British Food Awards 2024!
