Intense and aromatic with aromas of spice, spring blossom and citrus zest. On the palate it’s generous and full as a result of a small neutral barrel fermented component in the blend. The well balanced acidity is supported by flavours of green apple, grapefruit and crushed ginger leading to a clean and refreshing finish.
